Here's a recently completed board that I think came out really well:

It was for a couple and the the initials are "PG" - the "P" is on the bottom left, the "G" is top right, but upside down and backwards. Rotate it 180° and looks alright. The board is for serving large tasty meats on the table, and looks good from any seat. It has an au jus groove as well as two deep reservoirs for particularly juicy cuts.

Wall-mountable too, of course, for storage.
